The Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce was founded in the 1950's as the Mount Olive Businessman’s Association regrouping in 1966 as a Chamber of Commerce.
Today, the Chamber of Commerce continues to advance the commercial, industrial, professional, and civic interests of the area, preserve the established business community, promote stable growth, and provide a vehicle for the exchange of information and ideas. We attribute our growth and strength to a steady focus on the primary reasons why businesses join the Chamber of Commerce: "To do together what they cannot do by themselves."
